exclusive Jaguar C-X75 premiere

Written By Unknown on Monday, 10 June 2013 | 13:55

We can appreciate a good track car as much as the next enthusiast, but we begin to mourn their creation as a way for automakers to charge wealthy clients obscene amounts of money for the cars that they even do not allow the law to lead on the road. (As least, not in the countries was to confirm, can not do enough to bribe the right bureaucrat. Fact that we are not completely sure, these include the United States.)This is - the road that Lamborghini, is expected to take to the "production" version of the Sesto Elemento concept, and it seems to be the way that Jaguar plans to bring its C-X75 concept to production. At least a jet engine, anyway.

C-X75, as you may recall, bowed at the 2010 Paris Auto Salon with amazingly innovative transmission: two microturbines, acting as an ex-band requirements for electric motors. Reports then began to appear that Jaguar's intent to build a supercar that only commercially available version will include a 1.6-liter turbo four developed by a team of Formula 1 Williams and packing about 500 horsepower instead of the turbine installation. (Not too shabby, but still no turbine.)

Then Tata parent company invested in turbine equipment on behalf of Bladon Jets about Jaguar headquarters in Coventry, leading to the development of which a limited number will be available with the turbine power as a concept. Recent reports, however, indicate that even those would be strictly limited to the track.
